  4. We Design London requires 50% of the total quoted project fee (the ‘Deposit’) to be paid before any Work commences. The final 50% of the total quoted fee plus any additional fees that have accrued during the Development Process must be paid on completion of all Works. The handover of the project files or the launch of the website in ‘Live Mode’, will only take place when the remaining outstanding balance of payment is paid and received in full.
  5. Payment must be made by cheque or bank transfer. Please make all cheques payable to 'We Design London'. Account details for bank transfer will be made available to the Client in the Confirmation of Order document.
  6. After the start of the first stage of the 'Development Process', the Client loses all right for refunds for any payments already made. Any refund will be at the sole discretion of We Design London. Once the Client has approved the third stage of the Development Process, 'Design', as set out on this website, then the Client is fully liable to pay for the complete amount of the project cost agreed in the Confirmation of Order document. If a Project is cancelled or postponed after the start of the third stage, all outstanding payments for all work completed beyond what was already paid for must be paid by the client.
  7. We Design London will return the Deposit to the Client if the Project does not go ahead on account of We Design London.

You have the right to cancel Your web Hosting at any time but You will not be refunded any losses incurred. In order for Hosting to continue beyond the first year, the Client takes full responsibility for paying for annual Hosting thereafter in order to keep the website active.
